Returns & Exchange Policy for Bourkes Florist

1. Returns

We don’t accept returns. 

 

2. Refunds

Typically, we do not offer product price refunds. However, since each customer and gift is unique, we approach potential refunds on an individual basis. Please reach out to us to discuss the most suitable resolution to any issue within 24 hours.

Bourkes Florist can also offer alternatives, like re-delivering the gift or sending a different item of equivalent value.

 

3. Order Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of an order prior to its delivery. Before proceeding with a cancellation, please consider rescheduling the delivery for an alternative date or changing the delivery address. We’re more than willing to make these adjustments for a successful delivery. If neither option is feasible, you can cancel the order under the following conditions:

  • For orders yet to be crafted by our florists, a cancellation fee of $15 will be applied.
  • For completed orders still in our store, a cancellation will incur a wastage fee (equivalent to 30% of the flower value) plus any associated handling fees.
  • Orders that are already with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
  • If we must cancel your order because we cannot fulfill it on the chosen delivery date, you will be fully refunded the order amount.

 

4. Non- Delivered Items

While both Bourkes Florist and our partner florist are committed to ensuring every gift reaches its destination, there are instances where delivery may not be completed. We cannot guarantee the delivery of a product if:

  • The recipient declines to accept the gift.
  • The given address is inaccurate.
  • The occupants aren’t present at the address and fail to respond to the courier’s “not at home” notification.

In such situations, we might consider the delivery attempt as fulfilled. If you have concerns about a non-delivery, please reach out to Bourkes Florist Customer Service within a month from the expected delivery date. While we will review complaints received after this period, compensation is not guaranteed. For assistance, get in touch with our customer service team or email us with your order reference.
